(If ANY order is canceled by the customer AFTER it has shipped or customer refuses delivery of shipment without our knowledge a 30% restocking fee, plus actual inbound and outbound freight cost, will be deducted from return credit.)

Customers should allow 30 days for a refund to appear on their credit card statements. If credit card used for purchase is no longer a valid credit card ONLY store credit will be issued. If check was used for purchase then refund will be via check within 30 days.

If however returned merchandise is returned without items stated above, only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. (Make sure original box, packing and instructions are returned) Also, for your safety, insure your return for the purchase price. All other items included with purchase such as free products or promotional items with a purchase must also be returned or their value will be deducted from the refund. Refund is given in the same form as the purchase.

No return can be accepted and will be refused without a Registered PRA number. You MUST obtain a registered PRA# directly from Natural Solutions Environmental, Inc. by phone.

Please Note the Following Exceptions to the above:

• Replacement parts on Spare Parts Orders (such as replacement filters, etc..) are NOT Returnable.
• All Bidets because they are a hygiene product, are NOT Returnable .
• ALL UV Bulb and Lamp Products including UV Bulb Products, UV Duct Units, etc. because of the type of product, are NOT returnable.
• All Juicers, Soymilk Makers, etc.   may be returned ONLY if UN-USED, If returnable requires a 15% restocking charge. If used they are NOT returnable.
• Water Products including Water Ionizers, Water Distillers, ALL Water Filters, Humidifiers, Air Coolers, etc.. may be returned ONLY if UN-USED and NO water has contaminated the product with up to a 30% restock charge. If used they are NOT returnable.
• ALL POE Systems, Whole Home Water Softeners, Whole Home Water Sediment, Filtration and Conditioners These are made to order. Special Item: No Returns Accepted.
• Vapor Steam Cleaners may be returned ONLY if UN-USED and NO water has contaminated the product, if used they are NOT returnable. If returnable requires a 30% restocking charge.
• Commercial and Whole Home Air Cleaners , POE Water Filtration Systems - are NOT returnable.  Make sure of sizing before purchase is made.
• Dehumidifiers / Portable Air Conditioners / Air Coolers / Gas Power Generators / Wine Coolers  / Refrig-Freezers - No returns on these items, only exchange from factory if unit is defective within 30 days. If UN-USED, returnable with a 25% restocking charge.  
• Calutech UV - Calutech UV Systems are NOT returnable.
• Air Cleaners - If it is a returnable unit it may be returned and customer pays for the cost of the internal filters (HEPA and Carbon). If returned air cleaner shows any signs of Careless, Excessive, Intentional or Commercial Use or Abuse, (such as carbon filters loaded with smoke or chemicals) or it is a VOCARB unit, return may and will result in a minimum return charge of not less than 30% of the purchase price plus the cost of filters.
• All Cook Ware - If USED,  NOT returnable. If returnable 20% restocking charge.
• All Massagers and Exercise Equipment (such as Chi Machines, Giddyup, Beauty Belt, etc.) - are NOT returnable.
• All Massage Chairs - If returnable requires a 30% restocking charge.
• 220v and International Voltage products - These are commercial or Special orders and are NOT returnable.

Commercial Air Cleaning, POE Water Systems, Large Dehumidifiers, etc. are ShippedFREE via Common Carrier Truck and come Directly from the manufacturer.
