QUESTIONS:
Every seller
says I have to buy terry cloths from them, are these some kind of special
terry cloths? -
NO!
Go to
your local department store and go to the Auto section. You will be able
to buy them in bulk very cheap. We in fact do not even supply them simply
because they are easily purchased locally cheaper!
Why don't
you supply spot cleaner? -
Spot
cleaner is a chemical. The purpose of using a vapor steam cleaner is that
you do not use chemicals.
What is
a Vapor Steam Cleaning system? -
A vapor
system looks like a vacuum but it is not. It is not the conventional "steam"
cleaner nor is it a pressure washer. It is an appliance that provides Dry
Vapor Steam to sanitize, clean and deodorize virtually any surface - without
using chemicals, ONLY steam.
How much
Steam time do I get with one fill up of water? -
It depends
on the steam volume setting but in general, you should get anywhere between
30 and 60 minutes before you will need more water.
What is
the Heat up time for the units? -
Approx.
7 minutes for the Enviromate™ T730A unit!
What is the
difference between a single tank and the Enviromate™ T730A double tank
system? -
The single
tank system refers to a steam cleaner with one steam tank. When the
steam from the tank has been used up, a light will go on indicating that
there is no more water left. You then have to release the remaining steam
from the tank, unscrew the fill cap, and refill the unit with warm water
before you begin to use again.
The
Enviromate™ T730A double tank system uses two containers; one for the
water and one for the steam. When more water is required for the steam tank,
a signal is sent to a pump, which when activated sends more water to the
steam tank. Eventually the water tank will run out of water as well, and
you can fill this by simply removing the cap and refilling the water container.
With the Enviromate™ T730A double tank system, there is no need to release
the remaining steam from the steam tank, nor do you have to remove a pressurized
fill cap. We call our double tank system CSS™ for continuous steam
system.
Are all double
tank continuous refill systems created the same? -
No!
Most double
tank systems have a very basic way of sensing when the steam tank requires
more water. Because of this, when more water is required, conventional double
tank steam cleaners send a large quantity of cold water into the steam tank.
This effectively cools the steam down, reducing the steam pressure and the
effectiveness of the steam cleaner.
The
Enviromate™ T730A steam cleaner is equipped with
CSS™
(continuous steam system)
which controls
the temperature of the steam tank with an electronic probe and an electronic
circuit board. The electronic probe senses the need for more water much quicker
than conventional systems. Because it is more sensitive, it allows for the
pump to pump-in more frequent, but smaller amounts of water into the steam
tank when it is required. And since the cold water going into the steam tank
is done in smaller amounts, the steam pressure drop is considerably smaller
than other continuous refill steam cleaners on the market.
Do I need to
wait for the unit to cool down before I refill it? -
No, with the Enviromate™ T730A it is a Continuous Refill
System so simply add water and continue use!
Does the steam
hose disconnect from the unit like other steam cleaners? -
No.
Steam cleaners
that have their steam cable disconnect do this when there is another appliance
for plugging into the cleaner such as a steam iron. Unlike others, our steam
hose has a 100% stainless steel inner wrap, which is good for the life of
the steam cleaner. This makes it a very flexible and sturdy steam hose!
What kind
of Chemicals or Soaps are used? -
NONE!!

Water!
Is this
system Effective against Dust Mites or Fleas??? -
YES!!!
The
vapor system, unlike other cleaning or pest control methods, uses heat to
do the work, NOT CHEMICALS OR POISONS. After steaming a surface it is recommended
that you vacuum it thoroughly with a HEPA equipped vacuum to remove any
particulate matter. Fleas, flea eggs and flea larvae are also killed by short
term exposure to high temperature heat carried by very fine vapor reaching
into the pores and pockets of fabric and carpets. No poisons to affect children,
pets, or indoor air quality.

T730A really important to have over the non-continuous refill
systems? -
If you have
a continuous refill machine like the Enviromate™ T730A you do not have
to wait for the machine to cool down and heat up again when you want to refill
it. If you are going to be using a dry vapor steam cleaner for long periods
of time, get a Continuous
Refilling
system dry vapor steam cleaner!
