What is pH???

Because everyone's input water is not the same you need the capability, at the Point-Of-Use, to adjust for the optimmum pH level. With the AQUA-TONIC AT-500 Water Ionizer , you have 5 Level settings for pH. (some other units have 4 levels and some don't have any level settings!!) Level settings allow you, the user, to have full control to slowly and gradually increase the pH and alkalinity of your water until you reach an acceptable pH out. You should NEVER start drinking high pH water initially. Slowly increase the pH level (every 2 weeks) until you reach within the 8.0 to 9.5 pH area.
